Richard T. Chapman, Jr., Partner

Mr. Chapman was born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1954, was graduated from the University of Texas in 1975, and the University of Texas Law School in 1978, and was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1979. He is currently a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Chapman is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has served on the Boards of Hospice of Victoria, the South Texas Zoological Society, Trinity Episcopal School and First Christian Church. He is the past District Chairman of Ducks Unlimited and past chair of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, District 11C. His principal areas of practice are commercial law, secured transactions, bankruptcy and creditor rights.



Duane G. Crocker, Partner

Mr. Crocker was born in Victoria, Texas, in 1968, was graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991, and Texas Tech University School of Law in 1994. Mr. Crocker joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner January 1, 2003. He is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the State Bar of Texas. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Community Food Bank of Victoria, serving as President in 2000 and 2001, the Boys and Girls Club of Victoria, and is a past Area Chairman for Ducks Unlimited. His primary practice areas are corporate and business law, governmental entities, commercial law, creditors' rights, and general civil litigation.
