Richard T. Chapman, Jr., Partner

Mr. Chapman was born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1954, was graduated from the University of Texas in 1978, and was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1979. He is currently a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Chapman is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has served on the Boards of Hospice of Victoria, the South Texas Zoological Society, Trinity Episcopal School and First Christian Church. He is the present District Chairman of Ducks Unlimited. His principal areas of practice are commercial law, secured transactions, bankruptcy and creditor rights.

Brian W. Rogers

Brian W. Rogers was born in Victoria, Texas, in 1975, was graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1999, and Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003. He is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. His principal areas of practice are bankruptcy and creditor rights law.
